So, today I went with Dad down to Living Green, a really cool store near Studio City where we got some low VOC paint. We also went to Whole Foods and got some yummy foods and had lunch there, they have a whole deli and dad got some teriyaki tofu and I had a vegan grilled chik’n sandwich on ciabatta with vegenaise and FYH jack and we shared some rosemary potatoes and both had some POM Peach Passion White Tea, that stuff is great! I made some cookies and a really good, simple dinner last night, I’ll post the pics in a little while.

This is Maisy’s Peanut Butter Cake, I usually use carrots in it, but this time, I only had a nectarine so I used that, he didn’t seem to mind. =)
I also made some pineapple sorbet which was very refreshing. (WordPress wouldn’t let me flip the picture)
And, this is a strange, simple meal I came up with, I cooked some whole wheat pasta and cooked some Boca crumbles with italian seasonings and put it all in a casserole dish with a jar of marinara and it was absolutely delish!
And, here is the vegan chocolate chip cookie to end all vegan chocolate chip cookies! This is when they were blossoming in the oven. Here’s the recipe.
I also tried out the frozen cheesecake recipe from My Sweet Vegan, but I didn’t care for it.
