Today, I had a Amy’s burrito at about noon and I was still hungry around 3, so, I attempted a bean and soy cheese quesadilla, yucky. For dinner, I had whole wheat pasta, none of this was photo worthy. But, this evening in a quest for healthy chocolate chip cookies, I ended up with something I’ll call a chocolate chip biscuit, it isn’t very sweet, but the chocolate gives it a nice sweetness and since there’s no sugar (just agave) it’s much healthier.
And, I’m attempting overnight oatmeal for the first time, I put in old fashioned oats, water, cinnamon, agave, and sliced apples, I plan to add some FEED Apple-a-Day granola and cinnamon to the bowl in the morning, we’ll see.
